His teaching style is interesting and keeps you engaged. The masterclass content was extensive and although I felt that my knowledge was a bit more advanced than others in the group, there was still a tremendous amount of additional info that I didn’t know.

However, the most valuable aspects of the masterclass for me was the actual “doing what we were learning as we learnt it”, the “key learning points” after each section and the great folder that was provided as support. Every time I learn more about social media (and anything for that matter), I just want to go away and action everything. The format of this masterclass meant that I could leave not only having already actioned a number of things (and acheived some great results), but also that I’ve got something to support me and to read through and revisit as I continue to develop our social media profiles.
